Windsurfevolution goes to the mountains...

As well as offering windsurf coaching and instructor training, Jim Collis and Windsurfevolution are proud to announce an extension to the tuition side of things.

Jim, qualified under the British Association of Snowsport Instructors (BASI), is now offering ski tuition for groups and individuals in Europe between the months of December and March.

Jim's Skiing Background

Having qualified as a BASI alpine ski instructor in 1999, Jim has worked as a ski teacher in a variety of locations, including the Trois Vallees in France (Courchevel, Meribel and Meribel-Mottaret), Aviemore in Scotland, and most recently the Aosta Valley in Italy (Pila, Courmayeur and La Thuile)

As well as holding his ski instructor licence, Jim is also qualified as an APC Race Coach under Snowsport England, as an off-piste guide for groups on recognised touring routes, and is just finishing off his 'ISIA' stamp which will allow him to work internationally as an instructor. Jim also took and passed the Italian 'equivalence' exams in 2006, which allow him to work legally as an instructor in the Aosta Valley.
